Daniel Tibbets traditional media experience spans 16 years including senior executive roles in production and development for companies such as Twentieth Television, Fireworks Television, CBS Enterprises and Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment, where he is credited with the development and sale of the HBO series ROME. While running FOXLAB, Inc. and production at Twentieth Television, Daniel developed the first ever convergence program to air on broadcast television, Classmates, in association with Classmates.com. Also, at FOXLAB Daniel created and developed the first "mobisode," including executive producing the first two original content mobisode's, TM Love and Hate and Sunset Hotel (winner of the Golden Eagle Award for Excellence). Making Television Week's "HOT LIST" in 2003, Daniel has been considered a pioneer and thought a leader of innovative content development. Currently, as Executive Vice President, Studios at GoTV Networks, Daniel oversees all programming, development and licensing of content for mobile distribution by working with traditional media companies, carriers, production companies and broadband portals. GoTV is currently one of the largest U.S. suppliers of original mobile content with channels such as Hip Hop Official, Sports Edge, ALTitude, Pure Comedy and the GoTV Super Channel. |
